Second Vice President
Patrick was born in Manhattan and grew up in Lake George, NY in the middle of the Adirondack Mountains. He graduated from Lake George High School in 1975 and attended Siena College in Loudonville, NY. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1977 and was elected for the Enlisted Commissioning Program in 1979. Following Officer's Candidate School he was commissioned as a 2ndLt in the Marine Corps. He served tours of duty at the 2nd Marine Air Wing in Cherry Point, NC; MCB Quantico in Quantico, VA;1st Marine Brigade in Kaneohe Bay, HI; Marine Helicopter Squadron-1 in Quantico, VA; 3rd FSSG in Okinawa Japan and with the Chief of Naval Operations in Washington, DC. He retired from the Marine Corps in 1999 and spent the next 20 years as a government consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and Client Solution Architects. Since Patrick and his family originally came from the mountains they wanted to retire in the mountains and that was why they chose Asheville. Patrick and Jacky purchased their home in February of 2018 and moved full time the summer of 2019. Patrick and Jacky have three daughters: Jennifer, Tara and Erin.
