COVID-19 Update from the VA

Important information about VA Health Care, Community Care and Prescription copays

We know that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused financial hardship for some Veterans. That’s why we put our monthly patient statements on hold in April 2020. Veterans will begin seeing statements again in January 2021. Statements will include:

Unpaid charges for medical care/prescriptions received before April 2020.

Payments are not due until January 2021, but you can choose to make payments before January. Payments may be made in any of the following ways prior to January 2021. Please have your account number ready when making a payment.
